Since 2001, I have been continuously involved in the energy, waste, and industrial process sectors, working across the full lifecycle of complex technical projects — from early concepts and feasibility studies to implementation, operation, and performance improvement.

Before founding Waste & Energy Process Solutions (WEProS) in 2019, my professional background included extensive work in Research & Development, industrial consulting, and applied process engineering. Over the years, I have contributed to a wide range of projects in power generation, Waste-to-Energy, recycling, alternative fuels, and industrial energy systems.

Through this involvement, I have repeatedly observed a critical pattern:
many technically complex projects are developed without a sufficiently rigorous, independent technical sanity check at early decision stages. As a result, risks that were predictable from an engineering and system-level perspective often materialize later as CAPEX escalation, structurally high OPEX, operational constraints, or underperforming business models.

This experience has strongly shaped my current professional focus.

Today, my role is centered on independent technical and system-level assessment of investment and strategic decisions — particularly in situations where projects involve complex process interactions, new configurations, or significant changes to existing assets.

My expertise spans:

• industrial energy systems and power generation,
• waste processing, Waste-to-Energy, recycling, and alternative fuels,
• thermodynamics, combustion systems, heat recovery, and process integration,
• performance optimization, asset life extension, and low-emission operation.

I deliberately operate independently of EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, OEMs, and capital groups, allowing me to provide objective, unbiased technical judgement based solely on engineering fundamentals, operational reality, and long-term system behavior.

Where appropriate, I collaborate with specialized partners in simulation, process modelling, software development, and optimization algorithms. These collaborations support analytical depth — but all strategic and technical judgements remain fully independent.

Over the past two decades, I have built a strong professional network across the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland, enabling effective interaction between technical expertise, industrial practice, and investment contexts across Europe.

I hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Technology and a technical background in Industrial Process Automation. My combined scientific and industrial experience allows me to translate complex technical challenges into clear, decision-relevant insight for investors, developers, and industrial stakeholders.

At WEProS, the mission is to combine engineering reality with independent judgement, helping clients make informed decisions before technical assumptions turn into irreversible commitments.
