Independent Engineering Insight for Critical Energy, Waste and Industrial Decisions

Waste & Energy Process Solutions (WEProS) provides independent engineering insight and technical advisory for complex energy, waste, and industrial systems.

We support investment, strategic, and technical decisions across the full lifecycle of projects — from early concepts and feasibility stages to system modifications, performance improvement, and operational optimization. Our work focuses on situations where technical assumptions, system interactions, and operational realities directly determine long-term economic outcomes.

A core part of our activity is pre-investment and strategic technical advisory, where we help investors, developers, and industrial stakeholders assess whether projects, extensions, or major modifications make technical and system-level sense before capital is committed and decisions become irreversible. This includes new investments as well as complex retrofits, fuel switches, capacity upgrades, and changes in operational or energy dispatch strategies.

At the same time, WEProS continues to provide hands-on technical consulting and engineering support in areas such as waste sorting and recycling, Waste-to-Energy and alternative fuels, power and heat generation, industrial energy systems, process optimization, and performance improvement. These services are grounded in deep expertise in thermodynamics, combustion, heat recovery, and system integration, combined with practical operational experience.

What distinguishes our approach is full independence. We are not affiliated with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, OEMs, or capital groups. This allows us to deliver objective, unbiased technical judgement, based solely on engineering fundamentals, operational reality, and long-term system behavior — not on technology sales or project execution incentives.

WEProS Insights

Beyond project work, we actively share experience-based observations and independent perspectives from the energy, waste, and industrial sectors.

In WEProS Insights, we comment on real-world project challenges, investment risks, system-level behavior, and lessons learned from complex installations — focusing on aspects that are often underestimated in feasibility studies, pitch decks, or marketing materials. The aim is not promotion, but clarity: helping decision-makers and engineers better understand where risks accumulate, how systems behave in practice, and what truly drives long-term performance.
